Rockymountainhits.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Client's access to any or all services provided by Rockymountainhits.com when Rockymountainhits.com decides that the account has been inappropriately used.
Rockymountainhits.com forbids anyone from using our services for tracking any URLs that contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with double accounts will have them deleted.
If your Partner wishes to join Rockymountainhits also: eg: husband or wife sharing the same IP Number please contact Rockymountainhits prior to Sign Up. With IP Number!!
Two Accounts on one IP Address Need To Be Cleared By Admin before sign up.
Otherwise BOTH ACOUNTS WILL BE DELETED FOR CHEATING.
Payment Policies
Client agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Client's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. yourdomain.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payments are presently set up to be paid via PayPal.
Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Client unless the cancellation was caused by Clients violation of Rockymountainhits.com's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case. Refunds will be issued to you via PayPal.
Right To Refuse Service
Rockymountainhits.com reserves the right to cancel service at any time to anyone for any reason. We enforce this policy to ensure a professional environment for the users of our system.
Lawful Purpose
Clients that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rockymountainhits.com for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Client is responsible for all use of their Client's account(s) and confidentially of password(s). Rockymountainhits.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
Rockymountainhits.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Rockymountainhits.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. Rockymountainmhits.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Client understands that Rockymountainhits.com services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Client understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Client will be notified in advance via e-mail. Rockymountainhits.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
